Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order to ensure you get what you need quickly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
