Where do you ship to?

Just the United States as of now.

How long does shipping take?

Processing times vary by item and are listed on each product page. Custom items typically take a little longer, while partner-shipped items may arrive sooner. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend ordering early!

Because we offer a mix of custom-made items and partner-shipped pieces, your order may arrive in more than one package or have different delivery timelines.

How do I track my order?

We always provide tracking, if it is unavailable at the moment, we will stay in contact to keep you updated!

Returns

How do I return an item?

Dropshipping:

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process:

Contact us at happyink.crafts@gmail.com with your order number, Vendor name (if applicable) and reason for return; because we go through wholesalers, we will have to be able to pinpoint which one was used and then continue with the returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Customs:
Because custom items are made just for you, they are final sale unless there is a mistake on our end. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out — we’re happy to help! 💖



How long does it take to process my return?

Between 3-15 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges:

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order to ensure you get what you need quickly.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some items ship from different locations depending on how they’re made. This helps us offer more variety while keeping quality high.
